The hotel looks a bit dated from the outside, but our room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The common areas of the hotel seemed a little small for the hotel's size, but the room provided a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bonus: convenient to Grand Central

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The cafe next door was perfect for a quick breakfast or snacks. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working quite right and they sent someone to fix it right away.
