Very clean, modern hotel. Beds were very comfortable, decent size room, especially for NYC. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent too, Within walking distance to everything. No complaints and overall was very a great experience and was very reasonablely priced. Will be back to stay for sure!

I would never stay there again, because rooms as so small I was shocked and rooms need updating, plus bathrooms as so small, we could not close a door when you are using a toilet. No counter space at all. We paid for upper floor and still heard noise.

This hotel is great. We have stayed here all but one of the weekends we travel to NYC which is often. They always accommodate our erratic travel schedules allowing early check ins and late departure. The staff is very hospitable and knowledge about the general area. The rooms are on the smaller side but so are most rooms in NY hotels. The hotel is also ALWAYS reasonably priced particularly for one is such close proximity to the metro, shopping, and late night places to eat. I'll be back soon enough.
