If you want to stay on the East side of the Island without paying an arm and a leg, consider this option. We stayed here for New Years Eve. The rate was great. The service was awesome despite the fact that the hotel was booked solid. I would definitely recommend this hotel in the future.

The Hotel's location on 7th and 51st is excellent if you 're planning on enjoying the Apple store right on down to Macy's and plan to stroll along the streets to get about. It's also great for Broadway, Times Square, Rockerfeller Centre and Central Park of course. The room was small but modern and clean and very pleasant. Would have been nice to have had free internet in the room and not have to go downstairs for it, and it also would have been nice to have had a small fridge in the room, but all in all I would definitely stay there again.

We stay at Hilton family hotels as HHonors members frequently and found the same level of service we've come to expect at Hilton hotels at this one in Manhattan. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly overall. Our concierge was particularly helpful and friendly and had some spot-on recommendations for us. The hotel is in a very convenient location for anything you would want to do in Manhattan without being in the middle of a high-tourist area like Times Square or 5th Avenue. I was a little annoyed by the lack of an in-room coffee maker, but there is a Starbuck's literally across the street so I was able to get my morning caffeine fix fairly easily. Room service was prompt and efficient, as was housekeeping. I will say that the hotel bar is something to be desired (both in terms of friendliness and selection). We would definitely stay here again next time we are in NYC.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the room was very noisy. I thought I was below the kitchen, there was noise all night long and it was not from the outside. Finally, you would think a modern Manhattan, NY hotel would supply free wifi, especially in this day and age.

The hotel was a good value for the money. It was clean, had a lot of services like concierge ,parking garage attached, restaurant and nice coffee/sandwich shop on the corner just outside main entrance. Full service bar as well. Only about 3 blocks from Rockefeller Center and 5 from Times Square. Staff was helpful, quick check-in. I would stay here again.
