Location, location, and location. The hotel locates in the midtown of Manhattan with walking distance to many attractive places, like Time Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, United Nation, 5th Ave, and more. It is very convient to get subways or buses. The hotel staffs are nice and helpful. It will be much better if there is a refridgerator or microware. I absolutely will stay in this hotel again if I'm back to New York again. Thanks.

Hotel was quite busy, but staff are well appointed and so waits are at a minimum. Some problems with getting on elevators due to number of people, but that is to be expected in a hotel this large. The fitness area was quite nice and the bar had a nice atmosphere fore a hotel bar. Need to get out of area to find good food.

Although our trip was just a 3 day wknd trip -- we loved the room and weren't in the room much -- the location was great. We didn't get much guidance from the staff but it was definitely worth the price we paid compared to other NYC hotels available. We would definitely stay again. :)

This hotel would be 4 stars anywhere but New York. At check in you get a fabulous chocolate chip cookie but unfortunately the opulence ends there. The fact that it has "wi fi" is misleading as you can only get it in the lounge or bar downstairs. Other than that there is an additional charge and for $200 per night I felt that was kind of cheap. Renovations are still going on and getting to the fitness room is difficult (some stairs and closed hallways) but it is nice once you get there but somewhat small for the size of the hotel. My biggest complaint however was that I was put on the fifth floor and a guest left a room service tray with uneaten food in the hallway on Friday morning. I left my room and returned several times and it was still there late in the evening. I eventually told the desk who sent someone up but the real disregard for guests on that floor was shown when that person took the tray of food but left a used coffee cup that was outside another door right across from the hall. And it was there when I called about the tray so I know they saw it. Finally, the hot water in my shower didn't work part of my stay and only seemed to get "hot" on Saturday.

Everything was perfect except for no room service between 11 to 6pm. Bummer. Woke up at 11 am hungry and realized when trying to order that they don't serve on those hours. Other than that, location was perfect. Close to everything. Walked to Central Park, and all the other location. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
