My room was clean. Staff is friendly. Some parts are outdated especially the door to the room which requires a good pull to open. The TV is fed with analog signal eventhough the hardware is capable of high def. The hotel is quite busy so depending on who your neighbor is, it can get noisy at night. I had to bear a little noise because my neighbors happen to be roudy teenagers. It's right beside the 51st station on the 4,5,6 line. So it is quite convenient. I wish the hotel would provides free wifi Internet connectivity in the room. Overall, the hotel provides good value.

The hotel was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet. The hotel gift shop has almost everything you may need. Loved that there is a resturant/bar in the hotel. There is also a number of close places to eat near by including a little cafe right next door. You are close to shopping, times square, boradway and the subway, which can get you just about anywhere you need to go. My husband and I had a great experience and would stay here again! I have already recommended this hotel to friends that are visiting NY soon.
