We stayed there for two nights staffs are very rude the front desk in particular.. not service oriented at all.. we wanted to extend for one more nightsince we had a problem with our flight but rejected us and dont even bother to suggest or help us to find one were we could stay for another night.. This is not a tourist friendly hotel at all..

I travel NYC at least 3 times a yr Ive never found a hotel that was just perfect and met all my standards until now. GREAT LOCATION, EXCELLENT STAFF,CLEAN ROOMS, everyone has a smile on there faces and are very friendly. Looking to book another stay in April I love it!

The hotel was not very good. When we got there our room smelt like mildew and we asked them to switch room. When we got into another room that room smelt like mildew. The bathroom smelt so bad... They told us that they could not give us another one due to being booked up..

We traveled to NYC to visit family so the location of the hotel was most important. The room was small but adequate and mostly clean -- shower tile showed signs of mold and needed to be cleaned. The room also had peeling wallpaper (red/tan tiny plaid) and the grout needed to be replaced. Also both in the morning and the evening a cigarette smoke smell wafted into our room from the hallway (very overwhelming) -- we used a wet towel at the base of the door to keep it out. With so many other options in the city this hotel was nothing to write home about.
