I love this hotel!! The location is perfect, close to Times Square and Rockefeller Center without the hussle and bussle of being IN Times Square. Clean rooms that don't make you feel like you're sleeping in a closet and the staff was very helpful and welcoming with their delicious cookies and friendly attitudes. Only problem is that we had to wait in line for 20 minutes to talk to the Concierge.

I have stayed in numerous hotels in the city, and the this location was excellant and very clean. The lounge was charming and the service was top notch. My daughter enjoyed the freshly baked cookies we were given at check in. I would book a reservation again.

T his hotel is very clean , the only thing which I found unsual is there is no fridge in the rooms , but if you ask for one they do send it to you,Ifound the hotel staff to be very friendly and the manager went out of her way to make me comfortable too bad I forgot her name but i will definetly stay there again.

There was nothing great about the hotel - but more importantly, there was nothing wrong with the place either. The location was very good. Decent sevice, decent room - but definately worth the cost, AND NO BED BUGS. I could probably have rated it a little higher, but I am pretty tough in my ratings. I almost never give an "Excellent" rating for anywhere. I would stay here again.
