this hotel has a perfect location, my girlfriend and i walked all over manhattan and were always close by some point of interest, and there is a subway stop right on the corner.the fresh hot cookies upon arrival were nice on a cool fall morning. the room was clean and the walls were thick enough to block the sound of the next room, even though i enjoy hearing the horns and sounds of the city as white noise.you could spend $200 more per night to stay across the street at the waldorf , or use the savings towards extra spending cash. highly recommended . tim from minneapolis

02/03/2011We absolutely loved this hotel! the hotel has a subway entry right outside the door which can take you anywhere you want to be. there are many many sights also ...
We absolutely loved this hotel! The hotel has a subway entry right outside the door which can take you anywhere you want to be. There are many many sights also within walking distance. We were told that the rooms were so small in NY hotels and we were pleasantly surprised to find this was a very nice sized room. Plenty of space! The view left a bit much to be desired but everything else the hotel had made up for it! Plus, I loved the view...not too hard to please...that's me! The chocolate chip cookies were a lovely perk! Enjoy!
