I normally travel with my husband but this trip to NYC was with my daughter at Christmas time. This hotel is very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The location is convenient to Rockefeller Plaza, Radio City Music Hall, the subway & many stores & restaurants. The service was excellent. We were on the 9th floor & could hear some traffic noise so maybe the windows could be more soundproof, that is the only improvement I can think of. I would definitely stay there again & I highly recommend it. We were able to print our boarding passes at no charge using the computers & printer in the business center where you can also use the Wi-Fi. We made purchases in the gift shop. There are many other amenities such as a nail salon, restaurant, lounge, concierge, etc. The door man hailed taxis for us & held our bags after we checked out until we were ready to return for them on the way to the airport in the evening. Our room was always clean with fresh towels when we returned. This was a great experience!

Staff and location were excellent. Room size was even good. The beds were bad though as there was no support and you just sunk in them. If you are twenty somehing, probably not a problem, but I'm fortysomething and my back is paying the price.

The room and bathroom were dirty and looked like they didn't give fresh towels each day...bed linen was only changed every 3 days...gross. Mornings no coffee in the room or Lobby..first time I have ever stayed anywhere where that was not provided!!
