This was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff is very informative and friendly. The location is great. Close to a mall, restaurants, access to metro station, and many other points of interest. The room rates are unbelievable. I will continue to stay here whenever I am in Boston.

It has come a long way since then and is certainly come a long way since then. There is great retention at the hotel so some of the staff members remembered me and were so helpful throughout our most recent stay. It is centrally located right above a metro station and it has a private parking lot (tight turns but fits most cars/SUV's). The Pru is a hop skip and jump away as is the famed Copley Mall and Newbury street.

This hotel was convenient to Fenway - and good for central location to Newberry St. Not a great restaurant in the hotel. If you want to party in the hotel - this place isn't for you. Convenient for pickup to the trolley tours.

Our stay at the Back Bay Hilton was very enjoyable. Since this trip was a Retirement gift and I was taking my elderly mother with me (my travel buddy over the years), I wanted to pick somewhere central. The Hilton fit the bill. A very nice hotel, the meals were excellent ( a little pricey), and the convenience couldn't have been better. The subway access was very closeby,Trolley tour pickups were right across the street, and the Prudential Center access was also across the street. We went there for breakfast several times. The Summer Shack, a very good place for some seafood, was a short walk up the street from the hotel. If you're a people watcher, sitting in front of the hotel you meet some very interesting folks from around the world! The staff was very professional and polite, the doormen very couteous and helpful. All in all, we had a great 4 days in Boston and the Back Bay Hilton was a big factor. Thanks for a great time Boston!

THE HILTON BACK BAY IS ABOUT A 1 MINUTE WALK FROM MASS AVE, THE SYMPHONY HALL, THE PRUDENTIAL AND OTHER MARVELOUS SITES. IT'S CLOSE BY 2 TRAIN STATIONS, THE PRUDENTIAL STOP AND THE HYNES CONVENTION STOP. IT'S ALSO NEAR MANY RESTAURANTS AND STORES WHICH ARE OPEN LATE. I HAVE STAYED AT THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL AND I HONESTLY LOVE THE PANORAMIC ROOM THAT DISPLAYS THE CITY OF BOSTON THROUGH THE ALL AROUND WINDOW THAT IS OFFERED IN THE ROOM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO IS VACATIONING OR ON A BUSINESS TRIP.
