The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of there way to make me feel welcome. The room was very clean and had a great view of the city. The hotel was also very convienent to all the major attractions that I wanted to go to.

Westin on Peachtree must have been a grand place back in the early 1990's. It is an impressive structure but has not been updated in some time. My room was big enough and fairly clean but the carpet was worn thin, the tub was kind of a mess and the giant tube tv looked as though it should have a manual dial to change the channel. The staff was pleasant enough and the location is ok, but I expect a lot more from Westin.

Our first impression of the room was not good. It had a smell of musty dampness mixed with a strong industrial cleaner. There was also a really cool, swanky blue couch that, when you got close to it, revealed huge, nasty stains. We were afraid to sit on it. On a brighter note, the view of the city from our room was spectacular and the beds were very comfortable.

overall my stay was a good experience. The consierge was very helpful in getting me tickets to Cavalia, an excellent show which greatly enhanced my visit. They also gave me good advice on where to go and what to see while I was there. The service was very much appreciated.

I attended a conference held at the Westin. From check-in to check-out, the service was without flaw. While dealing with a busy conference schedule and all the attendees, the staff still made time to deal with my trade show displays and ancillary supplies.
