In booking, I specifically noted a late (1 AM ) arrival. I was assured that there would be no problem. Arrival at hotel was at 1:15 AM. There was no one in the reception area. TV's on...loudly. Lights on. Front desk totally unoccupied. I called all the numbers I had listed as well as those I saw anywhere near the front desk area. All resulted in recordings; I never heard the front desk phone ring. After 20 minutes of finding no one, I drove next door to the Best Western hotel and asked the front desk there to call the Quinta. No answer. I returned to Quinta and at 1:45 the front desk clerk showed up saying that he had a "room problem." So a short night, became a shorter night! When I was able to talk to a manager he apologized and rectified my frustration. I felt that the phantom clerk was rude, but the manager (and front desk person in the morning) were superbly polite and interested in tying to help. I would recommend this La Quinta...just arrive before the late-night clerk comes on duty!

Clean, quiet, cheap, comfortable, and in a great part of town. Addison is one of the nicest parts of the Dallas area, so we had everything we needed at hand. My only complaints were some bad buzzing with the AC unit in our room and the distance we had to travel to our event. That second one is on me though - I didn't know Dallas traffic was so heavy in construction. Nice hotel with a nice continental breakfast.

free wifi, clean rooms, free contintental breakfast, fitness room, free parking,near numerous restaurants & a starbucks, friendly staff can't say enough about our stay here. at roughly half the cost of the hotel that was hosting my convention and you get so much more. wouldn't hesitate staying her again!

For what I paid it was very clean. It was a drive from downtown dallas, but it is in a great location. I only stayed the nights, did not spend anytime there during the day--but really was happy.
