The Washington Court Hotel met and exceeded my expectations, especially for the price I paid. I stayed only one night but it was an exceptional experience. The entrance and the inside of the hotel is beautiful and imaculate, the staff was curtious and friendly, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The bathroom was large and modern. The only thing that I was disapointed with was that I forgot to pack toothpaste and the concierge was unable to provide a travel size toothpaste until the next morning when housekeeping was available (at 0630). Breakfast was excelent the next morning. Again, I will stay in this hotel again...

During my initial stay at Washington Court it was very nice. I stayed at this hotel for five days, but wish that my stay was longer. I would like to say that the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The services given at this hotel was excellent. The room was nice and clean. This is a safe place to stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. As a matter of fact, I'm planning to visit Washington again and this is the hotel i will book. Finally, this hotel is close to all means of transportation.

Beautiful room, everyplace in the hotel spotless clean, friendly, helpful staff, great location, and excellent value for the money (although I paid a discounted price for the room that was available through the travel agency). My only criticism is that the room had no refrigerator, which was a hassle because I was there for 5 nights. I'll definitely stay there again.

This hotel was very clean and offered excellent service. The price was definitely reasonable. The floors were quiet. The bed was incredible. I had driven for approximatley 20 hours prior to checking into the hotel. I would certainly recommend and use again. The areas that I checked for (N/O) no opinion; they were not utilized. Every space that I encountered met or exceeded my expectations!
