Weekends bring an endless wait for too few elevators. noisy kids running through the halls.

In Reno on a business trip, the staff was very accomodating and helpful when I asked for directions or assistance of any kind. The room was very clean, with plenty of room to move around in. The room amenities were more than adequate and spacious. The hotel is centrally located to all surrounding areas, great proximity to the airport. I will be making future trips to Reno and plan to make this hotel my home base for both business and pleasure trips.

  • Overall a decent hotel to stay while in Reno

When I snowboard at Squaw Valley, I will stay in Reno and often will stay at Circus, Circus Reno. During the winter months Reno is slow and during my last visit in 2011, as a result two of the four restaurants at Circus, Circus were closed including the buffet during the weekday. Not a problem as the Smokin' Gecko restaurant in Circus, Circus was actually pretty good, however I did not try the sushi bar at this restaurant. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and in good condition, however the bed is a very soft and would be nice if they could update the beds with new mattresses. The complimentary shuttle to/from the airport to the hotel is prompt and well appreciated. Wireless internet is available in the room for a few dollars per night. The TV is small and very limited channels, however that is expected for a gambling hotel where the hotel expects you to spend time in their casino and not the hotel room.
