poor soundproofing, very noisy

the door to the connecting room had no soundproofing ability and we could hear most everything spoken or done next door, including use of the toilet. Additionally, the door to the inside hall was also poorly soundproofed, ane we hear everyone going down the hall at all hours of the night. Apparently all rooms have connecting doors, so there is no option other than to hope your next-door-neighbor is quiet.

This hotel was as expected. Lots of kids because of the circus theme. Rooms were good, alittle out dated,but clean. Restaurants in the hotel were good and priced fair. The only negative is at check-out we were hit with a resort fee of around $5.00 -$6.00 per day, on and above all the taxes. We were not aware of this fee at check-in. I don't know if all the hotels in the Reno downtown area have this resort fee or not. Next trip will probably stay somewhere else, that isn't so kid oriented,

04/12/2011Rooms were clean, service was great. location was super, close to the national bowling stadium. i would recommend circus circus to everyone.

We had a late check in due to our flight arrival time. We had reserved a King bed but they didnt have any left by the time we got there. This really was our only complaint. The desk was very helpful and printed our boarding passes for us when we left. We had a great time ! This was one of my favorite trips yet !
