The bath room light is not working, I have to use it in the dark, call the house keeper, and take them hours to come to fix it. The reason to coming so late, because they did not have enought man power. can you accept this?????

the bathroom light is not working, I have to call the house keep and take them a few hours before they show up. I have to take a bath in the dark. The reason for so long, they don't have enought man power.

There were some miscommunications when I first checked it. Wanted a non-smoking room and it was showing smoking but it got fixed right away. The luggage department needed more work to be more efficient. No more to park the car to check in. Checking out of the hotel was fast but my husband had to make 3 trips to take the luggage down to the car.
