this is probably a good place to stay if you have kids because of the arcades and circus shows, but if you just want a casino/hotel you have only to look around. We stayed here because it was a last-minute trip and the other places close by were booked. It's an older place which is ok because it's maintained, and the location is good, but it's noisy with small kids yelling next door/in the halls at all hours and much of the adult clientele isn't a lot better, although being drunk could account for that.

We were placed at the Skywalk Tower where we needed to take the suttle train or walk thru a bridge from the main hotel. It is a little bit inconvenience. I reserved two rooms with 2 adults and 1 kid in each room for two nights but was only given 2 sets of towels when we checked in. I called the room service and they sent an extra but they did not replace 3 sets the next day even I left tips in each room. The check out process thru the TV is easy but the keyboard did not work well, had to press a few times and hard on each key. They give us an internet access code which last 24 hours for each night of stay. You can only have one device at a time to access internet with the code. I don't think many people will stay in the room to go online at the same time, not necessary to limit the number of devices. Overall it is worth the money.

Overall the stay was good, my problem was that it was very noisy at night. The toilets and showers kept making noise. Also the shower took a long time to get hot and it seem that when I would change the temperature it would take several seconds to change.

Value for Money, covered parking is a plus!
12/12/2011Nice and clean, and fair priced for the money. free wifi adds value, but the signal is weak. covered parking is convenience.
