    Hilton New York is in perfect location easy walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Central Park. Easy access to subway and taxis. Staff was wonderful especially concierge desk and doormen willing to help with directions, recommending places to eat, and hailing taxis Hotel was very clean and service was great.

    It was my first time to New York, and I don't think I could have stayed at a better location to experience all of the things I did. It was quiet at night, hot dog vendors and Starbucks right across the street, walking distance to Times Square and Central Park. Thanks for helping to make my first NY trip a success.

    The hotel itself is great, i have stayed there many times before, only before it was because i was attending conventions there. this time i realized how awful it is ...

    The hotel itself is great, I have stayed there many times before, only before it was because I was attending conventions there. This time I realized how awful it is for "outsiders" to be in a place where you have to wait for the elevator for so long it becomes unbearable because there are three different conventions going on at the same time. I do recommend it for the service and the location, but be aware of the fact that, if there are conventions (and there always are, pretty much), then you will have to give yourself at least a half hour for elevator rides.

    The New York Hilton really IS in the heart of the most vibrant city in the world. From the moment you enter, the fine International staff does anything and everything to make you feel welcome. The public areas are beautiful and spotless. Although the restaurants are busy and pricey, the food quality and service is impeccable. Guest rooms are spacious for NYC standards, and they are kept updated and clean. You could not ask for a better area in Manhattan. If price is no object, I would highly recommend the New York Hilton.
