The hotel was expansive, but I didn't get the feel of being lost in the mass of conference goers and all that often go along with a huge hotel. I like that they checked room keys later in the evening on Saturday night. Housekeeping staff were very nice. I would stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights and our room was made up in a timely matter, the beds and bedding were very comfy and amazingly, for being in the middle of NYC, it was very quiet. I appreciated the night security at the door - we had to show our room key to get into the hotel at night. We felt safe. We plan on a return trip next year and we will stay at this hotel again!

I highly recommend this hotel. Location good. Easy to get a taxi. Rooms spacious and hotel staff very accomodating to make a vacation perfect. We were also there for a wedding in NJ and they helped me to find the train schedules and we timed everything perfect.
