Rooms were adequate. Location is good if you want to stay in midtown. We usually stay in the Village or Chelsea when we go to New York. The Hilton just didn't have the personalized, friendly service that we are used to. The halls were very loud (lots of teenagers staying on our floor). Will go back to staying in the Village and Chelsea areas for our next trip

I took my 18 yr old daughter with me and she was impressed with the lobby, she thought that it was very Ritzy. When we arrived to our room it was like anyComfort Inn or super 8 hotel, nothing special. The beds were extremely comfortable and I would have to recommend the hotel mostly because of the location. Perfect for walking to Times Square, shows and Central Park. It was a little pricey for what you got. The safe in our room didnt work, we did have excellent sleeps! I would have liked a coffee maker in the room.

Our plane landed in the morning and they let us check in at noon. We were so happy to get started with our trip. The staff was wonderful. And the maid left us alone when we did not need room serviced. When our flight was leaving later in the afternoon they let us have late check out! They were very accommodating!!!! We will stay there next time we go to New York City.
