For a quick business trip, the Blue Moon is fine. Although the building is ild, the rooms are clean, the staff is polite and it's close to the hot spots but far enough to ignore them as well.

Let me start by saying the Location is fabulous!! However a few problems. . .the website says beach chairs included in daily amenity few and I assumed the chairs would be on the beach but no. They make you pay a $* deposit for crappy chairs to carry to the beach yourself. Also there were tiny ants everywhere in the room which was otherwise very clean. No where to park but thats pretty much everywhere in the area. So other than the ants and chair situation I had a good stay.

while the service and staff were very friendly and the facility and room very clean it appears no one at the hotel travels themselves. if they did they would know travelers need drawer space and at least one shelve in the bathroom to put your toiletries. in short the room accomodations fall short.

Overall the hotel was nice, I booked it because it looked nice and not a typial looking hotel room. Hotel front desk were nice and helpful. Everything was pretty nice, just the problems I had was no parking. So we had to pay over dollars a day for valet plus you had to call 20 minutes before to get the cr, but you still had to wait even longer to get it, PLUS they stole all the change in the car. Had over dollars worth of quarters for the tolls and parking and the valet took that. Nice location, right in walking distance for food and PLENTY of shopping, and about a block and a half to the beach. Oh, and my other problem with th hotel was that there were only 18 channels and they were mostly just espn and news channels. I like to watch tv til I fall asleep and there was never much to watch.
