The pictures are absolutely misleading. They are what the rooms look like, but each picture is about the size of the room. They are not very big at all. Some other things you should be aware of is that there is a $ plus tax fee every day for complimentary breakfast and a "daily snack". Everything else has to be paid for, so basically you will be paying for your breakfast and daily stale popcorn snack. Also, the "spa pool" is a 3ft by 3ft pool. It's not as big, or clean, as the picture makes it look. Also, the valet is $* dollars a day, but that it was nice to know that our car was safe, and we could get it whenever needed. Plus, be vary wary of the cleaning of the hotel. We had asked for our sheets to be changed every day, but still ended up with our comforter that had a couple blood stains on it each day. So we were unable to sleep under a comforter. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's got a killer location, it's just a block away from the beach and night clubs, which is great for people who are into that environment.

The Blue Moon hotel was exquisite! It is in the heart of the art deco district, we did not even need a car. We walked everywhere and took a local bus to downtown Miami. Our stay at the Blue Moon was made great by the staff, they are happy and willing to help. The room was a perfect size, clean and roomy for the art deco district! We were expecting to enter a tiny show box but had enough room to walk around and enjoy ourselves. The front desk staff made it a really great experience too! They were very friendly and gave us tips on where and what to do while in Miami. Make sure you eat at Puerto Sagua, a tiny restaurant on Collins where all the locals (and tourists) go. It is an inexpensive treat and you will get authentic Cuban food! It was awesome and also a tip from our wonderful hosts at the Blue Moon.

Thank You Staff for a Great Weekend! This Hotel is right in the middle of South Beach and one block from the beach....the perfect location to shops/restaurants on Ocean Drive & Lincoln Road. I've been visiting SoBe since 1992 and the seen many changes but the best value & service for your dollar is at the Blue Moon Hotel.
