We only stayed for three days, but found the staff-especially ABC to be very accommodating, friendly and more than willingly to meet our needs and demands. Had called the week prior to arrival to ask for an upgrade. ABC stated that he would do everything possible to meet this request. We arrived late afternoon and everything-plus the upgrade-was in place. I highly recommend this really neat hotel and its staff. Keep up the good work Blue Moon!

I work in the hotel industry and work primarily with 4,5, and 6 star luxury resorts. I stay in Boutique hotels when not traveling for work. I know what a good property is and I have discriminating taste. That being said.....this is one of the finest boutique properties I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean, location great and the front desk was fantastic. Alrfedo at the desk was just the most polite and helpful person I have dealt with in a long time. A+++ to this property....keep up the great work. You should be proud of what you are doing.

The hotel itself is average, but what you should expect from a botique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent! One block off Ocean Dr and the beach. Three blocks to the gay beach and one block to the gay club Twist. We took a bus to get to downtown $*as opposed to *for the taxi. $*from the airport, ask for the flat rate.
