If you rent a car you have to pay additional fees. Parking and traffic are horrible. I didn't need to use the elevator but it was broke most of the time. Overall, the hotel was fine but you are only paying for the location and not necessarily quality.

This hotel is in the center of the action and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Well worth the money. It is clean and the rooms are quiet. South Beach entertainment is pricey, I recommend you save your money on where you lay your head and have that 3rd pina colada instead.
