  My stay at the Mayfair Hotel and Spa was extraordinary. The hotels features are unique. The staff was pleasant and very helpfull. My room and surroundings was very clean. The hotel has a pool and nightlife on the roof with a beautiful view of the bay and a very good restaurant. I would love to stay here again in the future!

  The hotel is okay. I kind of think it is over rated. the customer service was excellent except for one night I was trying to get a hold of front desk and I couldn't get a hold of anybody. The room was set up nice but it wasn't as clean as it should of been being a four star hotel. We didn't even get in the hot tub we had in our room because it was so dirty!!!!!! other than that its okay I guess I don't think I was stay there again unless they have a cheap special going on!

  The hotel was much nicer than I expected. Staff upon arrival was very courteous. Valet parking was well worth the price being we arrived in a downpour. Rooms are VERY spacious, all granite/marble with large flat screen TV's in the bedroom and bath. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was very good. Great location across from the shops and in the center of the activity. Roof pool and bar available. Looked nice. We were only there for a short 2 day business trip. Easy ride to the University of Miami. First time in the area, but I think I made a good decision with my hotel choice. Will definately return!

  Can someone tell me how far this hotel is from south beach? also, do you need a car there to get around? (taxi, bus etc.?)

  I really enjoyed my stay at the Mayfair Hotel & Spa. My spa treatment was also very relaxing. My room was comfy and cozy and the satff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I could recommend is if they provide a shuttle service for their guests. It was a little pricey to get to and from the hotel.
