The staff was very nice and friendly. The room looked good when we walked in, but the shower was a little stained. The shower head was also a bit clogged and didn't flow very well. I know it sounds a bit picky, but to me a clean bathroom shows how much care is taken in the whole room.

Before I booked LBV Holiday Inn Express for our Disney trip, I reviewed hotels extensively before picking this one because others rated it so high on cleanliness and friendliness of staff. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It is also a big money saver to balance out the expensive theme park tickets. The breakfast, wireless Internet, and Disney shuttle were all included in the discounted price. There were no hidden resort fees. There is also a shopping center next door with restaurants. We had a fridge and microwave in our room and could eat outside on the balcony. I would definitely return to this hotel again. The only oddity was the gift shop was closed most of the time. No problem there were plenty nearby.

Good location for walking to retuarants or grocery stores. Location was also quiet, not on a busy street. Breakfast is as good as usual at a HI Express. Great pool for kids. On the downside, bathroom was very small. And, no Universal Studios shuttle so be ready to pay at least $50 for a round trip cab ride.
