somehow, someway my 4 yr old daughter sweater was lost from inside the room. I was not offered a credit for the lost. I was just told that they would call or send it when found. It was unusually cold that evening we were gong back to Disneyworld that evening and had to go buy her a new sweater. Also advertisement states "Free shuttle to theme parks". true that may be but disneyworld was not on that list "Really". It isnow Wednesday and still haven't received phone call or daughter sweater.

Went to the Rosen Centre for our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful with a great view and very comfortable beds. We have mixed reviews about the staff. The employees at the desk where we checked in were not very friendly and kind of snobby while the bellman when out of his way to explain where a movie theatre and shopping were located. The only negative we have to say is that if you are not handicapped parking will cost you ($13 for self parking and $20 for valet)!
