This was a great hotel, upon check-in we were upgraded to the penthouse floors that had to be accessed with a special elevator key. Every staff member we encountered was very professional, the bed was to my comfort level, and it's conveniently located. We had dinner at Everglades and the fine-dining restaurant is excellent. After staying here I was intrigued by the owner's story, it's very inspiring how he got to be the hotel mogul he is today. It's obviously about the people.
