If you arrive early for check in, do not approach front desk. A girl there with attitude,unfriendly. The lobby is beautiful, decor,clean BUT the rooms, not up to par. Their VIP room, not much to speak of and they had serious plumbing problems entire time we stayed there and showed no compensation for the inconvenience. Better off at a Best western than this place.

This hotel has a great potential of being a geat place to stay. However, the rooms are dirty. The towels were ripped and harsh on your skin. Thr room dirty, especially the windows, so the beautiful views could not be enjoyed and the staff was understaffed and rude. Don't stay there.

We were there the weekending the 12 of september.The hotel is really bad,the rooms smell very bad ,the sink was plugged and the bath tub too.Was bad.I wont recomend this hotel.The towels were old and broken.

This Hotel in not in a great location (if you want to visit South Beach and don?t have a car). The hotel lobby was pretty decent. The shower's water pressure was not very strong. The rooms are nice and clean. There was a $10/per night mandatory charge for the pool, fitness center and other things. The pool was dirty. The day before I was leaving I was asked to move to another floor due to construction that was to begin the next day. I was never informed of this when I checked. I was extremely disappointed because that was an inconvenience. I would not stay again because I should have been informed of the construction plans, previous to checking in.

This Hotel in not in a great location (if you want to visit South Beach and don?t have a car). The hotel lobby was pretty decent. The shower's water pressure was not very strong.
