We arrived at the hotel, THey say they have Valet Parking NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had to drive our car 5 blocks park and every 8 hours put money in it. The front staff was rude. The pool was ok except for when a girl decided to go topless (um hello this is a family resort) There was a dj saturday and sunday during the day Who decided to put foul language into the music. Once again hello family resort. We go to the beach only to find there is a 15 foot width log that goes down about 800 yards so you can not see the water you have to walk over it. The wireless internet service was horrible. The only nice thing I have to say is the 2 girls working the pool bar for drinks and food.

When we arrived we were told that their parking garage was under construction so we had to park our car at another hotel down the street for 100 bucks and haul our bags all the way from there to the Deauville. Great start! Turned out that the beach was also under construction so we paid top rate for a hotel on an inaccessible beach. Construction running 24-7 also made sleeping very difficult. I was hoping to fall asleep to the sound of the sea and surf not a John Deer Tractor! To top it off - they had a surprise power failure. Just glad that my family wasn't trapped in the elevator like some other unfortunate "guests!"

we had a room with a balcony and direct ocean view. The rooom was clean and comfortable. Good value for the money as other Miami Beach hotels are much more They gave us 2 beach chairs and even offered food and beverage service. I will stay there again
