The hotel is literally right on the beach which is essential if you're vacationing in Miami. We got an ocean view room so we got to wake up to the great views. The room was also very clean and the reception decor was really nice. One thing that I would like to see however is free parking.

I had read some reviews right after I booked my trip, and I was very concerned that I had made a big mistake. Well, my husband and I couldn't have been happier. We had a great room, staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is immaculate. You could eat off the floors and the beach, pool, and Tiki Bar was great! We had an oceanfront view room which was wonderful---loved it! We plan on staying there from now on.

Staff wasn't accomadating at all. It was a hassle to get towels and wash clothes in a timely manner. Restaurant staff wasnt attentive , I sat for 45minutrs without anyone checking on me, there were only three other patrons in the restaurant at the time. I recieve a drink coupon which on bartender did not honor and quickly walked away without even taking my order which I would have happily paid for. I sat for 20 minutes before another bartender helped me and did honor the coupon. In short for the price of the resort the staff was lacking to say the least.
