Important Hotel Information
- Renovations will be underway in the hotel's HarbourView building during August 20 to 30, 2012. This building will be completely closed during this time frame. Work is not expected to affect any other guest areas. The Pier House will take every precaution to minimize any disturbance to guests.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Small private beach is perfect proximity to their bar and the pool area. Really beautiful gardens. Very clean and A/C worked GREAT!! We were there in August and that was important. Really nice to have towels and beach chairs offered when on the beach. Very good food and overall a good value.

Arrived the day before a tropical storm, staff, restaurant and bars were all fully staffed and courteous through the rain. The place is beautiful with a private beach and excellent pool. The hotel is located at the very beginning of Duval Street, access to all the hot spots. I plan on returning to Key West and will definitely stay at Pier House.

This hotel is a short walk from all the popular Key West attractions! Great for both couples and families... Pool is small, but didn't spend time by the pool so wasn't an issue. Beach was tiny- if your looking for a beach vacation do not stay here. There is a nice beach about a Mile away at Fort Zachary, but I do not recommend walking here... Further, hotel is in close proximity to the pier where all the excursions leave from. Most importantly room was spacious and very clean!!! Staff was nice too. Very pleased even though a little bit pricey, but totally worth it for location and cleanliness alone. Would stay here again! FYI- no hidden resort fees and free parking

What a great place! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable the place was spotless and could not be in a better location.It came recommened by three different people to us and we strongly recomend it to anyone. PS try the cheeses burgers at the out door bar!!!!!
