I chose this hotel instead of a much more expensive hotel that was hosting a conference I was attending. The location was good (very walkable to key locations in DC); staff were uniformly helpful. The room was basic and functional, pleasant. I loved the Modern ambiance.

02/07/2011Good location close to cvs & several restaurants. about a 10 minute walk to metro station which isnt bad unless it's 15 degrees outside! clean rooms, convenience store in lobby, ...
Good location close to CVS & several restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to METRO station which isnt bad unless it's 15 degrees outside! Clean rooms, convenience store in lobby, and great room service. Comfortable bed & nice staff. I will stay here again no doubt.
