The Hotel is clean , the pool area is ample and pleasant and comfortable. The Breakfast is mediocre and drinks are expensive, but service is helpful and friendly. The rooms are not made up in a reasonable amount of time. There were times coming back from the day the room was still untouched. Overall, though for me, the location overrides everything and I would reccomend this Hotel to friends. I have stayed here several times.

This hotel's name recently changed to the Washington Plaza Hotel, so many taxi drivers and airline transport will not know how to reach this hotel. This is not the famous Plaza hotel in Washington. The staff is very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The room is adequate, though nothing special.

Our flight was canceled and we ended up in Washington for an extra day. We found a last-minute great deal at this very nice hotel. Staff was helpful in getting us checked in and comfortable.

Hotel is two blocks from the circulator that takes you to many of the Washington attractions around the mall. One of the evening sightseeing tours leaves from this hotel. All staff services were excellent with the concierge staff making excellent recommendations for transport, tours and places to visit. Restaurant staff and meals were well prepared and priced well within averages of restaurants in the area. Bathroom had a separate area for toilet and shower from the vanity area so two people could use the facilities at the same time. Beds were wonderful. Hotel was clean and currently undergoing rennovations. Outside pool area was very nice.
