We just stayed one night but the value for money was very good, this hotel is brand new and a few blocks from the white house. Very convenient restaurants and delis for breakfast close to it. rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

This hotel was pretty ok. For the Washington DC area it was fairly reasonable, and it was close enough to walk to a lot of places (if you like to walk a lot). The room was one of the smallest I've been in of late, and apart from the huge bed, there wasn't much space. If you're looking for a place to crash and not a place to spend a lot of time in, this hotel will do. The hotel is on a main street, so the area doesn't feel as deserted and unsafe as some areas of DC can. For those who don't like to walk, it may seem a bit of a hike to the metro. And the elevators were slow and small. When I was staying in the hotel there was a rally that a lot of guests were going to, and trying to get down the elevator was a feat. On the other hand, my room did have a broken iron and I requested assistance and they replaced it pretty quickly.

This hotel was in the center of it all very close to the National Mall and Capitol hill as well as close to many wonderful restaurants and bars. The bed was great and had lots of pillows, staff was helpful.

I booked a certain room and when I arrived I was told that room wasn't ready. They asked if it would be okay to put in this other type of room. I said okay sure. It was next to the stair well and I could hear every time someone came up and down the stairs and when the door opened and closed. Plus they were remodeling the room on the other side of me. Hammers and drills and saws. If your as cheap as me it was right for the money if there is an issue with comfort and peace...Find another hotel.
