I had some trouble on my inbound flight and instead of arriving late night, I arrived early morning. I had taken a flight from Boston at 05:30 and was really needing 2 hours sleep to enjoy the rest of the day. However, I discovered my room was cancelled and resold. They ended up finding another room with 2 smaller beds (we were a couple, so I preferred just one bigger bed, and I had to stay there. I'm not complaining they charged me, but it's totally fail from them to at least give me a call and ask me if I was going or not. So, with this fact in mind the only thing I can say is: this hotel NEVER AGAIN.

good location and price its annoying that the valey price is listed on here incorrectly and that there is a further 18 percent tax on parking seems really steep for what you get. biggest puzzlement was when i drove up told him i was checking in and started unloading my luggage to have the valet ask me if i was staying.... thought it was pretty obvious but....... internet is spotty but room service was very friendly and good both days
