MY HUSBAND AND I USED TO LIVE IN DALLAS AND NOW LIVE IN COLORADO. MY HUSBANDS WHOLE FAMILY LIVES IN DALLAS STILL AND WE FLEW IN FOR HIS SISTERS BIRTHDAY AUGUST 20101 WE WANTED TO BE CLOSE TO HIS FAMILY IN HIGHLAND PARK SO DECIDED ON THE ANATOLE1 WE DID NOT KNOW UNTIL OUR ARRIVAL THAT THE ANATOLE WAS ALSO THE HOTEL THAT MARY KAY COSMETICS WAS HOLDING THEIR ANNUAL GALA!! THE ONE THAT GIVES AWAY ALL THOSE PINK CARS HA!! MY HUSBAND AND I SPENT A COUPLE OF HOURS AT THE ANATOLES OUTSIDE POOL WHICH WAS A COOL 90 DEGREES OUTSIDE BUT ENJOYED OURSELVES WITH A FEW OR MORE OF THEIR REFRESHING DRINKS BEFORE HEADING OUT TO OUR FAMILY OBLIGATIONS!! IT WAS NICE TO COME BACK FROM OUR FAMILY DUTIES TO A VERY WELL APPOINTED AND COMFORTABLE ROOM WITH THE MOST AMAZING BED THAT WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO COUNT SHEEP! IT WAS HARD TO GET UP THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE IT WAS LIKE BEING AT HOME (except for the partying Mary Kay Ash salespeople)

I was not impressed with this hotel at all. I have stayed in several hotels in this area. The Marriott on Stemmons is much nicer. I will not stay in this hotel again. If you are looking for a hotel nearby try the Marriott or the Days Inn Express. Both hotels are much nicer. This hotel was poorly decorated and very hard to get around in. The parking was not good. The staff was not very helpful. I cant believe this is actually a Hilton!

For such a beautiful hotel its a shame they nickel and dime their guest. My bother came to pick me up and there are no visitor parking areas by the Tower and the hotel charged him $* to park his car and meet me in the lobby. He was parked for a totally of 10 minutes! Also, I was change $* to get a one cup coffee pack to put in the room coffee maker on my second morning at the hotel. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

We were recommeded try the Anatole for it's location and nice rooms. The downside of our hotel experience is that our room, 1769, was to hot and no ventalation. We dropped the temp as far as it would go, 62 degrees, and the room still was stale and humid. Also, be aware of what groups or organizations are just hostinga meeting or dinner in the hotel. We were told that there was almost 4000 guests coming in, Catholic Pro-life" and the "Amercian heart Association" and that there was no special parking for those who actually spend the night in the hotel. We had to sit on the frontage road freeway for aobut 20 minutes to be told this as we pulled in. We had to park away from the hotel, across the street in some run down wearhouse parking lot with no designated spaces, just park where you can. Overall the room was nice and the bathroom large, but I would of appreciated closer parking seeing that we did pay for it and it's somewhat monitored and well lit.

We've stayed here several times when we attend market, and LOVE the convenient location. We take the shuttle to and from market every day and it saves us a lot of trouble! We'll stay here every market. :)
