I've been to this hotel many times before, and every time I am absolutely thrilled; I've stayed in the suites usually as well as many of the larger rooms in the more luxurious areas. This time, I just went for the Studio King Room since I had some free Amex points to use up, and I absolutely loved it!! I was placed in the Tower, which many people do not like; however, I loved it. The room was very well decorated; the bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the Peter Thomas Roth toiletries that were included. I went to several of the different bars and restaurants they had in the hotel and loved those as well. The staff was extremely accomodating, and I even met one of the managers who gave my guest and I free sushi. I am a very satisfied customer and look forward to staying here again. I def'ly recommend this hotel, and all of it's amenities!

I booked the room for a geteaway with my wife. When we got there the front desk gave us a room that had someone in it still and we walked in on a guy taking a shower. After getting our replacement room I found cheetos on the floor in the corner from the past guest. There are no fridges in the room and everything at the hotel was an added cost. I have stayed at Fairmont inns before that were much better.

The staff changed my room upon my request and tried to accommodate other guests' requests as well. I was impressed by their coordination of major events and never dropped the ball with making everyone feel welcome. The spa was terrific and the restaurant had one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. Very impressed - all the way around. Nicely done!

This was the 2nd time we have stayed here and we enjoyed it very much. The outdoor pool was VERY nice and relaxing. Alot of interesting art can be found throughout the Hotel (It's HUGE!#. Only complaints would be the limited dining opportunities. Due to a heavy rain storm that pased through, we decided to just stay and eat at one of the restaurants inside the Hotel - BAD CHOICE..$92 #includng a 20% tip) for a turkey sandwich and salad with two adult beverages ??!?!?
