i was travelling with my 18 month old from australia(14 hour flight) with a stop over in lax overnight. the alram clock in the hotel room was broken and the staff forgot our wakeup call so we missed our nonstop connectig flight. were had to go standby and it took us an entire day and 3 flights to get home (to missouri). i blame the incompetent staff if the raddison at lax. they were completely unapologetic , understaffed and just generally unpleasant. they offered no help getting my baby and myself and all our luggage onto the shuttle...i had to ask a patron. they also forgot the crib i asked for even though i booked it weeks ahead and had to call 3 times for it once we arrived. and to top it off a cheeseburger and kids chicken meal deliverd to our room...and a 45 second phone call cost $*.....................i couldn't get out of that hotel fast enough. i suppose the facilities were fine but not enough to make me forget the missed wake up call and broken alarm clock which triggered a chain of horrible events in my life. i will never stay there again.

The bathroom was leaking from every possible pipe, the vents were so dirty i had to tell the maids twice to clean it! No refrigerator (unless you pay extra). Promised a sleep number bed but never had one. Parking was the worst ever. First we were informed that it would cost $* a day to self park, but after one day they closed the self park lot for valet parking and we were forced to valet park everyday (and received a valet charge for each day but were promised a self park fee only!).. each time we came/left the hotel we had to wait at least 10 min to get our car! Why advertise self park when then you use the lot for your own profit!!! Very inconvenient and aggravating!! Also TV did not work correctly and was very outdated... the hotel rooms are not as nice as they seem when you look at their website... also some of the staff was very arrogant... Would not stay again

It's a good deal for the $$$. We were traveling with our 11 & 13 yr. olds. We got there at about 11a and they asked us to come back at 12:30p for check in. Came back at 12:30 and they asked us to come back at 1:30p, called in this time and they let us know that our room would be ready at 3p. So we took off and started our trip exporing LA with a trunk full luggage and backseat of pillows, etc. Double bed room, spacious, desk, wireless, cable, the only thing we didn't like was the parking situation. The lot was full both nights that we returned from sight-seeing. We had to drive around the block to a parking lot, which was also full, so they sent us to another parking lot across from them who was also full, but let us leave our car there and let us know that they'd move it around as necessarry. The next night, we got back and had the same dilemma, however this time both those lots were completly full and they sent us to a lot on the same street as the Radisson called the All Stars Parking which was also full but dealt us the same hand as the lot before. We won't stay again, but only because the parking situation is really bad. We are a family that can go along with anything, but this was a little too annoying. Especially after long nights, to have to drive around looking for parking, ugh!
