We arrived at LAX and it was easy catching the Radisson Shuttle, (runs 24/7). Arrived at 2:30pm and were immediately checked in. Hotel staff was friendly. Room was nice, two beds. Was comfortable. In the morning, left, and caught the shuttle back to LAX for our flight out. Hotel location is next to LAX, very convenient. I enjoyed the stay, more important, my wife enjoyed the stay. We will stay here again.

Be careful if you are taking a car to this hotel. They don't have any self-park options and there are no convenient offsite locations that are close enough. So they effectively force you to pay $* per day for valet parking, whether you want it or not. It gets worse...if you have the same experience as me, you'll get told it's $*, then charged $*. It's not the money, but I think an upcharge of 20% of the room price is a little excessivee just to park a car. I would have made a different choice in hotels, one with free onsite parking, if I had know this in advance.

this hotel was good. It was overall clean and room service was magnificent. No hidden fees of any kind. The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is its parking facilities. Had to walk almost two blocks from the paid parking facility to the hotel. If you choose valet parking, at $22 per day, is a less tiresome experience.

A Radisson is normally a safe choice, but not in this case. We were staying overnight for an early flight out of LAX and picked this hotel for its proximity. The room was OK - as long as you overlooked the rusty door hinges on the bathroom door, the wallpaper beginning to peel away in the corners, the TV remote working intermittently, and difficulty looking out the window due to the film being cloudy and full of bubbles. We had to call the font desk for towels and washclothes. You are forced to Valet park due to construction, not all of the elevators work, and the hallway leading to the room was a work of art in its own right. There were several places where the carpet had been stapled down at the edges of the hallway. On the upside - the beds were very comfortable and the food from room service was good.

I arrived on , 2010. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. When I get to the room it was a smoking room. There was also a bug Ibehind one of the lamps that I had to kill. It was really late about 12a.m. and I tried to deal with the room. I couldn't breath at all. I went in my PJ's down to reception. All I got was, "Oh it wasn't a non -smoking room? I got a new room right away. I didn't get an "I'm sorry" and I told her I needed to move my luggage to another room and she said to take the cart the bellhop uses. So at 1a.m. in my PJ's I'm moving my things from floor 5 to floor 7 by myself. I forgot to mention on the smoking floor 2-3 doors down people were smoking marijuana. So, an ideal location next to the airport but the service was horrible.
