The hotel had a great location, close to the airport but without the noise of planes. Friendly staff, goods amenities and free wifi. The bad: room a little smelly, bathroom could take a remodelation. Almost fall in the bathtub because it does not have any antislip protection.

We arrived at the hotel to a rude valet attendant who wasn't clear and was yelling at us. Check in line was long and I was blown off when I attempted to tell the clerk about the valet attendant. Room was uncomfortable, sleep number bed that was offered was a horror. Had no instructions, barely worked and was the worst nights seep I have ever had. Hotel staff said the bed worked fine and I just didn't know how to use it... I was again greeted by rude staff the next morning upon check out.

The air conditioner fan rattled so I had to leave it off. Even though it was February the room was a little too warm. The TV reception was terrible, very snowy. The staff told me they are in the process of updating the TV's to flat screen. They gave me $7 off my parking as compensation, otherwise parking would have been $20. It was obvious the place hadn't been updated in years. Staff was very friendly and helpful
