  This is a great four star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the jacuzzi and pool were dirty during my stay. I reported this to a staff member, but I don't know if anything was done about it. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will probably stay again, but I wish that they would provide wireless Internet and parking for free.

  Ok for a night stay, but our hotel room could have been cleaned a bit better. There were coffee wrappers still left from previous guest, not amenities were not re filled for us fully. At check in it would have been nice for tgem to offer a parking pass/ guidance. The attitude was that we needed to wing it and figure it out on our own. Nothing special, but again nothing too horrible. When we come back to Atlanta we will try another hotel instead.

  The room was great but pool was dirty, smelly and there were not towels. there was no hair dryer. i ordered room service for dinner and they forgot the dressing ...

  The room was great BUT pool was dirty, smelly and there were not towels. There was no hair dryer. I ordered room service for dinner and they forgot the dressing on my salad. I wouldn't go back again....not sure I would go to a Westin again...no breakfast...
