Was not told in advance that renovations are underway. Fitness Center was closed. There was a room with a few cardio machines, but two were not functioning. Water was turned off one evening for several hours. Staff was slow to respond to requests. Several staff, however, were very friendly and tried to be helpful.

The hotel is currently under renovation and will be changing names to Westin when complete. The room was spacious and clean. Fixtures were quite dated, but the bed was comfy and furniture nice. Lots of noise from construction workers all day long, but quiet enough at night. Doormen didn't bother to help, and front entrance is currently a hassle for anyone with luggage.

11/28/2006Rooms are very tiny, a 3 star hotel at most. no pool. expensive restaurant. no help on the holidays. good location.
