The T.V. and the safe did not work, also there was left over food in fridge. When we reported this to the front desk, we were given a new room immediately. Everything was in working order and a clean stocked fridge in the new room.

I left my wallet in a cab and realized it after the cab had left. I forgot which taxi cab my wife and I took back to the hotel. When I approached the front desk and explained what had just happened they were very good about getting me in touch with security. The security officer took me back to review the tape to see which cab company we had taken. He was very patient and kind and clearly concerned about me losing my wallet. Well long story short the cab driver brought my wallet back. I can't say enough good things about the help I recieved with my dilemma. I feel he went beyond what he had to do to help me. I would say I was very pleased with the hotel.

The hotel was recently renovated. It looks great. I arrived late at night and found it to be well lit, fully staffed with people interested in helping guest with their needs. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant is a little pricey for families but the food is excellent. I would definitely stay at this Westin again.

When we arrived, our reservation wasn't available - a quick fix with a print out of my itinerary. Our first room's bathroom was dirty, after waiting 30 minutes, we were moved to a second room. The next room's floor was dirty as was the hallway with broken glass! There was no parking available at the hotel. Also, be careful when you order your breakfast, they will over-charge your bill with something you didn't order! Find somewhere else to stay if possible. The location isn't that great.
