I stayed at this hotel as a tourist with my partner and was very pleased with the location and the terrific staff. The front desk and concierge were very accommodating, I was given a list of neighborhood restaurants with recommendations based on my expressed needs. The room was good size, clean and perfect for my 3 day stay. The hotel restaurant had a nice breakfast buffet which was less money than most hotel buffets. I would definitely stay there in the future!

We made this reservation at the lastminute after car problems on the way from the Shenandoah National Park. The staff was freindly and it was modern and clean. Parking is a little expensive and the usual room taxes not listed on the room rate. Great location with many interesting places in walking distance.

Everything about this hotel was impressive. The room was unexpectedly large and well furnished. Everything was spotlesssly clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that its daily parking fee of $20 seemed excessive.

I had always had good experiences at Westin hotels prior to staying at the one in DC. The room was not clean, and I could see through a one and a half inch gap under the door. I could hear people talking in the elevator and most of the way down the hall. Really very poor conditions for the location and price. I will not be staying at Westin hotels any more.

The hotel was close to the Studio Theatre and lots of fun restaurants and shops so we did not need a car or alternative transportation. We were able to walk everywhere including some of the tourist sites
