While there are many positives about this hotel ie...new beds...good restaurant...free parking and a courteous staff. The property is long overdue for refurbishment and remodling. We were given a free upgrade to larger room on a higher floor but the room was in very poor condition. Ceiling damage from water leakage was poorly repaired. Dirty walls in need of cleaning and repainting. Dingy bathroom that was poorly cleaned with visible mold. Though I do enjoy reggae music, 24 hours of mostly Bob Marley songs got very annoying after a few days.

The location of this hotel is a big drawing point. It's also first on the bus line to the Disney parks, so you usually get to sit instead of stand. The staff was super friendly - especially in the cafe - and very accomodating. The room was well laid out and comfortable, if a little dated. Overall, a positive stay but nothing out of the ordinary.

I paid very little for this stay, so, because of the location, I shouldn't complain. However, I would not choose to stay here again. The worst was how uncomfortable the bed was. The pillows were lumpy and hard. I also didn't feel the bathroom was quite as clean as is should have been. Other than that, the staff was very nice and helpful, the pool was large and very nice. The room itself was just fine.

The hotel is under renovation which is in much much need.....we stayed on the 17th floor in a very outdated dingy room. The beds however were comfortable enough, but the sheets were so worn, thin and full of little nubbies that rubbed against your skin and felt like sleeping on sandpaper....but we were exhausted, and fell asleep quickly....thank god. No refrigerator or micro, just an outdated 20 inch tv, plastic cups and a coffee maker - had an early flight at 8:30am, so stopped down for breakfast before heading to airport at 6:30am, but nothing opened until 7:00am - so that rounded out the end of our experience for one night.....Excellent location is all this hotel had to offer.
