The hotel was so far from the beach and having to pay $25 for chairs once you got there was very disappointing. We got scalded several times in the shower because there was no temperature control. There were no carts available to move our own luggage. The pool was closed most of the time we were there because parents were not watching their children and everytime it opened one would restroom in the pool which caused it to be down another 3 hours. The Rustic restaurant was excellent thank God but the nicer restaurant was far too expensive. Overall, dissappointed.

When I arrived, I asked for a better room, one was made available the next day at no extra charge. The rooms were clean, bright, comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I had the option of having the bed linens changed. Very green. Nice amenities. Water, coffee, bath gel with a free scrubbie. Plenty of towels. Good quality TV with good channel selection. Free HBO. In lobby, nice computer center - free. Great stretch of white beach, good pool and hot tubs. Bell staff was superb, full of good ideas about where to eat and how to get there, very friendly bunch of guys. Over all, my week there was without any negatives. Will stay there again.

It was a very nice resort. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. It was a little pricey but a great place to stay with kids. My only negative is that there is a daily charge if you order a roll away bed and also a daily charge for a refrigerator. For the price of the room, it should have been complementary. Thank you.

We stayed on the first floor and the noise from the bar and restuarant went on past midnight. Desk staff indicated there was nothing they could do about it. They did give us a late checkout the next day but that didn't come close to making up for the hours of noise and inability to sleep.
