Dear travelers, The Sheraton Manhattan was located perfectly and made my FIRST TIME New York experience Amazing. The hotel is only about 4 blocks from Times Square where you can view an endless night of bright lights and thousands of people; this makes the hotel very convienient for a "First Timer". Sheraton Manhattan's staff was always kind, and quickly made you feel comfortable. The Bellboy was very nice and always helped us.

The room was evidently being redone. Only one chair in room, next to computer table. No lamps in room, so was very dark. Only lamp in room was on computer table For the monies we paid, I woulld not stay here again. The staff was friendly and nice however, problems were not thier fault. Other thing was cost of breakfast here is ridiculous

We recently stayed at this hotel from a Thursday through Sunday. We found the staff to be very friendly and service was quick. The check-in process was fast and the staff identified our need for roll away beds before we asked; they looked for a larger room to put us in; and the beds were in the room 5 minutes after we arrived to the room. The staff were helpful and provided us with directions and suggestions for things to do/places to visit. The facility looks a little old, but it was clean and quiet in our room. It was also full for this weekend and a bit crowded during check out, but things still went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!
