    This hotel offered great access to the prudential center shops and a spectacular view of boston. only probelm i had was parking was not offered free of charge to guests.

    I stayed here with my fiance over Restaurant Week and this was a fantastic location to be close to all the action. Easy to get here from the airport using the T. The staff was generally helpful, although a bit surly/stressed at times. I can't be too hard on them, as this was also during a major convention with lots of travelers. The in-hotel bar/restaurant wasn't anything spectacular and service was average. However, with all the amazing places nearby, this was a non-issue. The room itself was well-maintained and appointed. Great views from our window of Fenway and MIT in the distance. If you're looking for a place to stay that has easy access to the Back Bay area, this is a good option. It was a bit pricey, even when booking far in advance. But again, the convention selected this hotel as the primary lodging for those attending. Overall, I would stay again if the opportunity presented itself and the price was a bit lower.
