This location cannot be beat for a weekend in Boston. The beds are nice and the rooms are clean. However, I can't even fathom how someone with a handicap could fit through the tiny doors in this hotel.

In need of updating...stains, cracked sink..mold in shower. Shower did not drain

I did not do research before hand. The hotel was booked by my office. It is a very nice hotel in a central location. The hotel room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I was delighted with the great view of the City. The service was good. There may have been a person or two who were not as helpful, but everyone else were. There are many restaurants and shops in the area. The trolley stops in front of the hotel. Hopefully, the concierge can give you a complementary pass. The trolley takes you around to a lot of places in Boston. It is connected to the Prudential Center, which has the Skywalk Observatory. I missed it and hope you do not!

I was there on business with my co-workers (many of whom had similar feelings about this place) and was disgusted by my room. It was the size of a shoebox, was outdated and filthy. The tub had large chips missing out of the bottom of it, there was a massive dust ball in the vent over the tub, a black curly hair on both the floor towel and the center of my bed. My tv didn't work so when I tried messing with the cords behind it, I found about 5 inches of dust. My down comforter had what looked like urine and blood stains on it. The sheets were scratchy. I can safely say I'll never be back, unless forced.
